Presley Music House offers lessons in voice, guitar, piano, drums, and bass. We are always working to expand the instruments we offer, so check back for updates!
No. We currently offer only one-on-one lessons.
Presley Music House in located in the Berry Hill neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. Our address is 2815 Dogwood Place, Nashville, Tennessee 37204.
Students paying lesson by lesson may schedule lessons as often as they would like. Students enrolled in a monthly membership are guaranteed a recurring weekly lesson time.
The monthly membership reserves a recurring weekly lesson time at a discounted rate.
To cancel or reschedule a lesson without forfeiting it, students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Each lesson may be rescheduled once and must take place within 30 days of the original lesson date. Rescheduled lessons must be booked into an available make-up or
open lesson time and are subject to instructor and studio availability. Once a lesson has been rescheduled, any additional change request is treated as a cancellation and the lesson will be forfeited.
Cancellations or change requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows, result in the lesson being forfeited with no make-up, credit, or refund.
Same-day change requests are considered late changes and are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy. If another opening is available that same day, Presley Music House may, at its discretion, offer that opening as a one-time courtesy reschedule. This courtesy move counts as the same paid lesson and is not guaranteed.
Late cancellations due to a genuine emergency may be eligible for an emergency credit as described in the Emergency Credits section.
Presley Music House understands that true emergencies sometimes arise unexpectedly, including sudden serious illness or injury, urgent family matters, accidents, and unsafe travel or weather conditions that make it unreasonable to attend a lesson.
In the event of a genuine emergency that prevents a student from attending a scheduled lesson, the student must notify Presley Music House as soon as reasonably possible, even if this is lesson than 24 hours before the lesson time.
When an emergency is reported, the missed lesson will be recorded as an emergency credit rather than a forfeited or billed lesson.
Emergency credits may only be used to book an additional, newly scheduled lesson and may not be applied to lessons that are already scheduled.
Each emergency credit must be scheduled and used within 30 days of the original lesson date in an available make-up or open lesson time and is subject to instructor and studio availability.
Emergency credits are offered as a good-faith courtesy, without requiring documentation, and are intended for occasional, genuine emergencies; if emergency cancellations become frequent, Presley Music House may, at its discretion, apply the standard late cancellation policy, with no additional credit or refund.
Yes. Rescheduled lessons must be made within 30 days of the original lesson time. If the lesson is not made up within that 30-day window, the full lesson fee will still apply.
